A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

Are you shy, scared, fearful to speak the truth to the deceived, and to preach the Gospel of Christ to the lost?

Why are those who confess the Lord within the walls of the assembly, so fearful to do so in the public realm?

Do you confess with your mouth, believe in your heart, and display in your life that Christ is Lord?

DAY # 103

TODAY’S REQUEST:

TO CONFESS JESUS WITH BOLDNESS BEFORE MEN –

AND NOT BE ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST

Luke 12:8 "Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God.
Acts 14:3 Therefore they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
Ephesians 6:19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Philippians 2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

HOW DO THE SCRIPTURES TELL US TO EXPRESS THIS REQUEST?

BOLDLY CONFESSING JESUS CHRIST AS LORD

Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
Hebrews 13:6 So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.
Revelation 3:5 "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
