A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

Do you know which stones to cast away and which ones to gather in accordance with the Word of God?

Are you gathering stones for this present world or the one to come?

Have you encircled your life with stones of unrighteousness and ungodliness, building a fortress of idolatrous rebellion against God?

DAY # 110

TODAY’S REQUEST:

FOR UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIME:

TO CAST AWAY STONES OR TO GATHER STONES

Ecclesiastes 3:5 A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
Job 8:20 Behold, God will not cast away the blameless, Nor will He uphold the evildoers.
Ezekiel 20:8 "But they rebelled against Me and would not obey Me. They did not all cast away the abominations which were before their eyes, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt. Then I said, ‘I will pour out My fury on them and fulfill My anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.’
Jeremiah 23:3 "But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
John 6:12 So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, "Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost."
John 15:6 "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
Ephesians 1:10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth––in Him.

HOW DO THE SCRIPTURES TELL US TO EXPRESS THIS REQUEST?

WITH THE UNDERSTANDING AND GUIDANCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

Ezekiel 18:31 "Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel?
Psalms 26:9 Do not gather my soul with sinners, Nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 "You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 "Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
Luke 6:44 "For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush.
John 11:51,52 Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.
