A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

Have you been refined, purified, and purged so that you may please God in all things?

Do you seek to please God in what you do, say, watch, read, listen to, and think of?

Are you walking in a way that is worthy of a child desiring to please his/her Father in heaven?

DAY # 278

TODAY’S REQUEST:

PRAYING FOR THE DESIRE TO PLEASE GOD IN ALL THINGS

Psalms 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving. 31 This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bull, Which has horns and hooves.
Proverbs 16:7 When a man’s ways please the LORD, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Romans 8:8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
1 Thessalonians 4:1 Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God;
Colossians 1:10 that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 3:20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 2:4 But as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who tests our hearts.
Psalms 103:21 Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.
Malachi 1:1-4 "Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming," Says the LORD of hosts. 2 "But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderer’s soap. 3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, That they may offer to the LORD An offering in righteousness. 4 "Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem Will be pleasant to the LORD, As in the days of old, As in former years.
