A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

Does your fear of God find its roots in His forgiveness of your sins, iniquity, and trespasses?

Do you foolishly try to hide your sins from God?

If the Lord were to take account of all sins, trespasses, and iniquities; who could be saved? There is salvation ONLY in Christ Jesus!

DAY # 191

TODAY’S REQUEST:

PRAISING THE LORD:

FOR HE HAS FORGIVEN OUR LAWLESS DEEDS

Matthew 12:31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. 32 "Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
Psalms 32:1 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered.
Psalms 85:2 You have forgiven the iniquity of Your people; You have covered all their sin.
Luke 7:44-50 Then He turned to the woman and said to Simon, "Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave Me no water for My feet, but she has washed My feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head. 45 "You gave Me no kiss, but this woman has not ceased to kiss My feet since the time I came in. 46 "You did not anoint My head with oil, but this woman has anointed My feet with fragrant oil. 47 "Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little." 48 Then He said to her, "Your sins are forgiven." 49 And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves, "Who is this who even forgives sins?" 50 Then He said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you. Go in peace."

HOW DO THE SCRIPTURES TELL US TO EXPRESS THIS REQUEST?

LOVING HIM MUCH; FOR OUR SINS ARE MANY

Romans 4:7 "Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered; 8 Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin."
Psalms 38:18 For I will declare my iniquity; I will be in anguish over my sin.
Psalms 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalms 130:3 If You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? 4 But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared. 5 I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope.
