A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

Is there any partiality with God, and can He overlook the sins of some while condemning others for same?

Do you understand that it is only through the Son’s righteousness that humanity can be found just by the Father?

Are you ready to stand on your own account before the Just Judge?

DAY # 56

TODAY’S REQUEST:

PRAYING FOR FAITH IN GOD:

THE LORD IS A JUST JUDGE

Psalms 7:11 God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day.

Psalms 82:1 God stands in the congregation of the mighty; He judges among the gods.

John 5:22 "For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son,

Deuteronomy 10:18 "He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.

Job 37:23 As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress.

Psalms 25:9 The humble He guides in justice, And the humble He teaches His way.

Psalms 33:5 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

Psalms 103:6 The LORD executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed.

Romans 2: 12-16 For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law 13 (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; 14 for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves,

15 who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) 16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.

HOW DO THE SCRIPTURES TELL US TO EXPRESS THIS REQUEST?

LIVING IN JUSTICE – WALKING UPRIGHTLY

Psalms 75:7 But God is the Judge: He puts down one, And exalts another.

James 5:9 Do not grumble against one another, brethren, lest you be condemned. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door!

1 Peter 2:22 "Who committed no sin, Nor was deceit found in His mouth"; 23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; 24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed. 25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

Romans 14:4 Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.
